1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chika‑AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Chika‑AI provides both general‑audience (SFW) and adult‑restricted (NSFW) features.

- SFW Mode: Available to users 13+.

- NSFW Mode: Restricted to users 18+.

- Access to NSFW features requires age verification, which may include OAuth identity checks or a small payment‑based confirmation.

- Users who bypass, falsify, or manipulate age verification may have their access suspended or terminated.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your region.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Engage in illegal activity

- Harass, threaten, or harm others

- Request or generate content involving minors

- Request or generate explicit content involving real individuals

- Request or generate non‑consensual or otherwise illegal themes

- Upload or transmit malware, scripts, or harmful code

- Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse‑engineer the Service

- Circumvent filters, restrictions, or safety systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

4. Content Guidelines

Chika‑AI may generate fictional adult content only in NSFW mode and only involving consenting adults.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

- Minors in any context

- Real‑person explicit content

- Non‑consensual acts

- Incest, bestiality, or other illegal themes

- Harmful, dangerous, or exploitative sexual content

Generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional. You are responsible for how you interpret and use them.

5. Logging & Data Usage

To maintain safety, improve functionality, and support moderation, all interactions with Chika‑AI may be logged, including SFW and NSFW content.

Logs may be used for:

- Safety and abuse prevention

- Automated filtering

- Manual moderation review

- Feature improvement

- Compliance with legal obligations

Logs are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

6. Filtering & Moderation

Chika‑AI uses a hybrid filtering system combining automated detection and human moderation.

Content may be blocked, flagged, reviewed, or removed if it violates these Terms or safety policies.  

Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”  

We do not guarantee:

- Continuous uptime

- Error‑free operation

- Uninterrupted access

- Preservation of data

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chika‑AI and its operators are not liable for:

- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

- Loss of data

- Actions taken based on generated content

- Unauthorized access to your account

- Any content you choose to generate or interact with

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms may be updated periodically.  

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
